Goldings Delight Pale Ale.

Grain bill:

Maris Otter 3.5kg
Flaked Barley 0.3kg
Carapils 0.2kg

Hops:

Herckules 12g, 15.8% a.a. 12g 90 mins
Styrian Goldings 35g 4.2% a.a. 15mins
Styrian Goldings 35g 4.2% a.a. 0mins
Cascade 26g 8% a.a 0 mins.

Predicted OG: 1044, 35IBUs

Ferment with SO4.


I got a pre boil gravity of 1042, and collected 26 litres. So my efficeny might be up.
