0.2 Kg Carahell malt
65 C for 90 min
15g green bullet 13 % 60 min
30g hallertau aroma 8 % 10 min
Going to be fermenting with S-04 (all i had was Windsor, S-04 and Munich wheat yeast)
Hoping it will suit the lager drinkers at an upcoming bbq (next time we get some decent weather).
