Howdy,

Just finished my brew (well need to pitch yeast and mix) however it's too late and hot.
So I've left my barrel outside to cool down as it was not cooling quickly enough in my custom fridge.

Summer Ale recipe

3500g Pale Malt
68g crystal

Steep 90 mins

Hops
Fuggles 60g @ 60mins
Fuggles 20g @ 15mins
Fuggles 20g @ 0mins

On the positive my custom fridge kept mash at required temp. Have 23l or wort to pitch yeast into

On the negtive the lamps to maintain heat caused inside of fridge to plastic to bubble, when I did the test run, only noticed
when I put mash tun in! Barrel is still outside so I need to get up before sun rise to get it in and put it in a cupboard.

All good fun though.

Just realised that I forgot the irish moss also.

Not the smoothest, but I'll still have beer at the end, it just will take a while to clear!
