Hope it all goes well Haz. I take my hat off to anyone who attempts a double brew day, I struggle to fit just one in!

Good luck with that mate! I should really try a double one of these days....my stocks are getting scarily low and we've got a party this weekend.

Well spotted, its not exact though because of the grain bill, but it tastes nice.

Put an overnight mash on after coming in from the pub,so i`m just heating the sparge water now.
once i`ve collected the wort i`ll have to put it to one side while i get the mash water ready for the second one,
then that can mash while the first one boils,as i only have one boiler.

1st brew is now in the FV and yeast pitched about an hour ago
2nd brew is 10mins into the boil.
Even though its been all go go go, its been quite enjoyable.

Well its all been wrapped up now.
Started at 8am and finished at 3.30pm so 7.5hrs for 2 brews
is not bad going.
Both are bubbling away nicely now.

Cheers
I really enjoyed it as i didn`t take that much longer than doing just one,
just a bit more hectic and more thought about when to do certain things.
