in the shed to day cooking up as follows:

3830KG Marris Otter
265gms Crystal malt
30 gms Black malt

mashing @ 66

22gms Nelson sauvin @ 11.5% Boil 60 MINS

10gms Hallertauer Aroma @ 6.4% 15 MINS

Nice thick brew not 100% clear but very good after a week :lol: , I can now add my dry hops and stick it in the keg.
Pre flight Check (PFC) says Pie and Mash / Sausage & Mash beer.

day 11 Fantastic malt dominates, dry hops Hallertauer Aroma give a great nose, needs to clear a bit more. watch this space
