5th Sept Brau Weisse

Started a batch of Ayinger Brau Weisse this morning. Recipe from "Brew Classic European Beers at Home" but a 14 litre batch. Bit disjointed brewing session as had to go out for a while but just coming to the end of the boil now. Don't have a chiller yet so will have to leave overnight. Don't know if anyone has tried this one before but itsmy 1st attempt at a wheat beer and it smells great.
