Hello,

I'm at it again.

3.5kg M Otter
250gms Cara Malt
250gms Torry wheat

and the unknown hops I picked a few days ago.
250gms Sugar
10gms Hedge row hops @ 60mins
10gms Hedge row hops @ 30mins
40gms Hedge row hops @ FO

Stuck it on my GOLD-SMIFF US-05, the US-05 i'm starting to like very much :D
for some reason only managed to get 19 ltrs, its in the Fv and the yeast is bobbing up and down like a pickled Onion ( Fast show) looks like i might have to save this as it has a G off 1068

the Grain hopper thing i found at a boot sale, It I think is used at those shops that sell loose animal feed, its rodent proof so far, and so easy to measure out my grain (as is a sack).

how mad is that, I have been looking for the link to the exact bit of kit I have and was going to post you a link to a USA site that had them and i found this.
