How does this sound? Mashing at the moment. Will Boadicea and Styrians go well together? The Chinooks are just there to knock up the bitterness a bit, any thoughts?

Looks good if a bit bitter for something that is 4%.

But yeah... if it is 80 IBUs, it is wildly unbalanced

If you wanted it unbalanced in a good way, you could move all the Boadicea to 5 or 10mins and get the hop flavour without all the bitterness? 80IBUs in a 1.042 beer may taste like vomit, and with the rauchmalz it may taste like vomit after a night drinking the fag buts and cigar dibs out of canned lager dregs :D

Just drinking the first of these now ... you guys were part right, I should have added more late hops. Don't think it's too bitter though :)
