I can't believe that's No 13 already; Now I could look at that in two ways! :)

Anyway, superstition aside it all went swimmingly..

23L
13 EBC
30 IBU
94.8% Efficiency

Grist
3500g M/0
230g Crystal
85g Wheat
30g Torr Wheat

Hops
38g Brambling X
25g Bobeks

Yeast
US-05

Got a new tactic; brew for 23L; Fill a cornie then bottle the rest! :)

Hope this turns out ok, cant go wrong with some Bobek in there though :D
Hope you save a few bottles for your 2nd opinion taster LOL.

Just been out walking and called in at Rainhall Rd Drinks Company and spent all
the money i had on me on 2 bottles of Scotts 1816 and their Challenger IPA
just need a quick shower and then i`ll be knocking them back.

I had a Scotts 1816 - Not as good as i remember when i last had it.
Challenger IPA - Was ok but nothing special a bit like a weaker Conistone Bluebird Bitter.
Snaggletooth - Very nice mate, the best out of the 3 by a country mile, you`ve brewed a cracker there.

That's great to hear mate; I'm pretty pleased myself to be honest, thanks for the heads up on the Elderflower! :-({|=
