AG #3 - 'ansome Job

Did my third all grain and first without a kit at the weekend, from a recipe posted here. I upped the chinooks to 27g as to bring it up to 40 IBUs in the calc I was using.

Brew went very well - I added 10g of Gypsum to the mash and 5g to the boil as we have very soft water (around 30 ppm alk).

Collected just over 22L at 1052 - lovely clear wort that I failed to take a picture of.

I've done write-up with a couple of photos.

Will dry hop with 25-30g of cascade in the secondary
