Wel,l just xfrd to 2ndary FV.
The Progress hop's are just sticking their heads up giving the nose a fruity tang with a hint Chocolate sweetness comming from I think the higher mash temp.
Mouthfeel is nice and thick but has a fuzzy dry ending, expect that its age!
Colour is a malt vinegar.
6/10

well, being me it was only going to last a few weeks but, I do have a few on the go and I might be able to let it go a few more weeks and re: Mature
I went to a wood yard and managed to get an few meters of American White Oak for free and added a big handfull of shavings to my HEDGE-SMIFF.
might split this brew into 5 and add oak to 4 in 1, 1/2,1/4,1/8 amounts and see how it goes!
