Guess what!

I managed to get the wife to have an intrest in the brew and she has picked the ingredients, mesurments and temprature. [-o< even the Safbrew T-58 yeast, can' t think why 8) .

So we have today.

4.0kg Marris Otter Malt
300gms Amber Malt
300gms Cara Malt
300 Torry wheat
300gms White Sugar
Mash @ 66º

Hops:
Challenger 20gms 5.1% AA @ 60min
Sazz 20gms 2.8% AA @ 15min
Sazz 30gms 2.8% AA @ FO
Yeast: T-58

Good luck!

Use those Challengers at the start of the boil and it'll be a bit Bass-like.

Be nicer still if you had some Goldings or Fuggles to throw in at the end...

I'm on the Boil now, I have added 20gms of the Challenger to the start of the boil, shed smells very nice at the mo.
