Never tried a Scottish beer before - here goes!
1800g Pale Malt
1500g Munich Malt
120g Roasted Barley
85g Chocolate Malt
30g Challanger - 90 mins
20g Challanger - steep
Windsor yeast
26 IBU OG. 1036
Mash at 70C for 2 hours. 2 Hour boil, caramelise 4L of wort down to 2L
Liquor is in the boiler and grains weighed out. Will brew when I wake up tomorrow!
