Hi all, Just put mash on for AG No 3 (5.50am) Doing another gobhoblin, Will update during brewday ! Photo's to follow.

Update:
Everyting went according to plan as much as it could, 1st sparge got stuck and need a little stir and a few minutes rest before running off. Some how I managed to be a few litres short in the boiler ! calculated the required liqour okay but was just a few litres short , added an extra 3 or 4 litres and ended up with 23 litres in the FV at the end and the gravity was 1042 which was spot on . Here are a few photo's from Sundays brewday I didnt take loads.

Happy mashing! Must be a killer recipe if its your 3rd AG and you're doing it again!

Dont mean to put a dampener on things but do orfys hobgoblin recipe as i did for my AG 2. You wont get any closer uless u work for wychwood!!!!! Its a very very very very good clone, just sampled the two 2 litre extras from the batch i made. Going to have trouble keeping my hands off the cornie untill the 15th of oct (5 wks conditioning). Its f*cking ace.
