I may be mistaken, but I can see a pattern emerging with your beer names :boff:

YES but it is always off the cuff just like the beer, I just can't bring my self to copy others.

I do look at what others do but I have it in my head that I will make a Serendipity beer one day

That's what I do most of the time too......make up a recipe in my head, then go and see what's in the grain bins and the hop fridge and change it around accordingly to what I think needs to be used up or most fits my mood. It seems like the proper way to make beer to me!

Adm, defo, if it works out super bonus, whats the worst that can happen, you don't try that again.

one day I'll get close to what i'm looking for, but until that day I'm happy to make it up as I go.

just chilling the brew, down to 34º

blimey! You don't hang about!
3 hours from starting to mash to almost cooled
My last friday night brew started at 6.30 with HLT going on, then finished at 1.30am!

It all came together for once :D

But......I did leave the clean up until the next day, Grains,Hops and a good flush out.
Might even save a few more mins next brew, as I now have another Pig Tail heater that I can install in to my other keg to make a HLT and not have to use the copper as a duel device :D
