Hello,
Just cooling now, but I've used my own Challenger from the garden so am keen to see if this comes out good
The hops were full of little yellow resin sacks even though they seemed to go everywhere as well
Here's the recipe I used:

Ingredients
Amount Item Type % or IBU
4.23 kg Maris Otter (5.9 EBC) Grain 94.87 %
0.23 kg Wheat Malt, Bel (3.9 EBC) Grain 5.13 %
40.00 gm Challenger [6.20 %] (90 min) Hops 28.3 IBU
13.00 gm Mt. Hood [6.00 %] (15 min) Hops 4.6 IBU
20.00 gm Mt. Hood [6.00 %] (0 min) (Aroma Hop-Steep) Hops -
1 Pkgs Nottingham (Danstar #-) Yeast-Ale
Beer Profile
Est Original Gravity: 1.038 SG
Est Final Gravity: 1.008 SG

Fingers crossed.
