Hi all, Just done AG No 4 Lager, mashed early this morning 1st batch sparge was spot on  2nd batch sparge was spot on  Neither got stuck :D Boiled for 60 mins instead of the usual 90 mins. Cooled the wort down to about 24C and pitched the yeast and then bunged the FV in my new brewing fridge, going to wait for the yeast to start fermenting and then knock the temprature down to 12C and ferment at that.

Ingredients:

3.50Kg Lager Malt
0.40Kg Caramalt
0.40Kg Corn, Flaked
54g Sazz Hops (60 Min Boil)

Safalger Yeast W34/70

Est Original Gravity 1.044 SG
Est Final Gravity 1.013 SG
Estimated ABV 4.09%

Took a few photo's and even managed 3 very short video clips also

Looks like you have cracked it! If I may make a comment about your fermenting temperature, I noticed that your fridge temp is 18.2c. The recommended fermentation temp for this yeast is 9c-15c, ideally 12c. W-34/70 info here.

Hi Dave, Just logged on and seen your reply, I left the FV in the fridge for a about 3 hours just to get the fermantation started. Just checked it now and the temprature was 22C ! I have just plugged the fridge and my tube heater into mt TC10 and set it at 12C  hoping it wont take long for the fridge to get down to 12C ! Not sure how long it will take for the Wort in the FV to get down to 12C though if it will get that low at all :?: I will leave it for a good few hours or over night and check the wort temprature in the morning !

Cheers DC 8)
