IN THE SHED 14th OCTOBER ( LIGHT-SMIFF )

Greetings all,
Today in the shed I am doing the following:
4 Kg Lager Malt
1Kg Crushed Flaked Maize
300gms Cara Malt
1Kg White Sugar @ 30 mins
Yeast US-05 from FAKE GOLD-SMIFF
25gms Pacific gem 14.6% @ 60min
40gms Saaz 2.8% @ 30 min
25gms Bobek @5.2 @ 15 min
went into the Copper a very pale straw.
only OG 1064
25th October it's a FV with Airlock with a 1012 reading, bringing it in for a few days.
