FYI,
Did not brew over the weekend so I decided @ 17:00 I'll Fire up the RIMS ( should give it a name)

so today I have

3.5Kg Lager Malt
300gms Torry Wheat
250gms Crushed Flaked Maize
100gms Crystal Malt

Mashing at 64º
15gms Pacific Gem 14.6% @ 60min
25gms Saaz 3.3% @ 15min
25gms Bobek 5.2% @ FO

250gms Granulated Sugar

Yeast US-05 from LIGHT-SMIFF which was taken from FAKE GOLD-SMIFF.

OG 1052

In FV1 in the shed (cold)
In FV2 with Air Lock at 19º for a few days <---- It is here

Short clip of the RIMS you might catch a grain or 2 excuse the sound I listen to a Dutch Radio station on the internet ( NOS 3FM) only because I love the fact that they break into English and say rude words in day to day chat.

Pumpkin Ale

Description:
Often released as a fall seasonal, Pumpkin Ales are quite varied. Some brewers opt to add hand-cut pumpkins and drop them in the mash, while others use puree or pumpkin flavoring. These beers also tend to be spiced with pumpkin pie spices, like: ground ginger, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, and allspice. Pumpkin Ales are typically mild, with little to no bitterness, a malty backbone, with some spice often taking the lead. Many will contain a starchy, slightly thick-ish, mouthfeel too. In our opinion, best versions use real pumpkin, while roasting the pumpkin can also add tremendous depth of character for even better results, though both methods are time-consuming and tend to drive brewmasters insane.

I'll Give it a rest with the strange for a bit, but you never know, good thing is i have quite a few pints knocking about the house waiting to be keg'd ,bottled or placed into a 2ndary.
