The Bravo hops smelled great.

Almost Cascade-y.

Added a teaspoonfool of gypsum to the boil for the first time. Hot break seems much better.

Is that supposed to have any impact?

I was going for an average IBU of one of my beers.

My poor taste buds have been ruined.

New Hydrometer reads 1012...

That makes it 7.7% and I don't think it is finshed. I think I am going to have to dry hop the crap out of this to balence the alcohol content. Might end up at 8%.

Yeah 1.011 - 1.011 is more likely with US-05. That yeast tends to ferment 80-84% no matter what.

US-05 didnt do crap to my RIS. [-X

Annoyance in the extreme.

Did great in my other imperial IPA. Ended up getting 81% attenuation.
