Sneaky Brewday

Well i wasn`t supossed to be brewing today, as i had instructions that i had to go out walking, and
i also had to make the tea, but i got thinking that i could work my brewday into everything else i had to do,
Well with a bit of jiggery pockery i managed it
And heres what i did.
3500g MO Pale
45g Challenger @ 60 mins AA 6.3%
20g Goldings @ 10 mins AA 5%
12g Goldings @ 0 mins AA 5%
Safale US05
The target was 23ltrs @ OG1035
BU:GU Ratio 0.95 IBU`s 33.5
I actually got 24ltrs @ OG1040
