I mashed over 4hrs from 68°C to 62°C as I got held up at work whilst the mash was on. Expecting a lighter body and more alcoholic because of this. Be interesting to see if the flavour is a 'faulty' or just less full bodied. Down to 1.006 from 1.046 in 4 days
