Based on a successful brew (in my eyes) here:

Yellowbelly
Ingredients

4.45 kg Golden Promise (3.5 EBC) Grain 95.70 %
0.20 kg Caramalt (26.0 EBC) Grain 4.30 %
18.00 gm Nelson Sauvin [10.90 %] (90 min) Hops 24.6 IBU
40.00 gm Nelson Sauvin [10.90 %] (1 min) (Aroma Hop-Steep) Hops -
1 Pkgs Nottingham (Danstar #-) Yeast-Ale

I'm following the same formula with Simcoe & Amarillo and brewing tomorrow:

23L @ 63% efficiency, 90 min mash @66°C, 90min boil, liquor = sweet pale ale

4.45 kg Maris Otter (5.9 EBC) Grain 95.70 %
0.20 kg Caramalt (26.0 EBC) Grain 4.30 %
15.00 gm Simcoe [13.00 %] (90 min) Hops 24.4 IBU
35.00 gm Amarillo Gold [8.00 %] (1 min) Hops 1.3 IBU
2 Pkgs Nottingham (Danstar #-) Yeast-Ale

I mashed over 4hrs from 68°C to 62°C as I got held up at work whilst the mash was on. Expecting a lighter body and more alcoholic because of this. Be interesting to see if the flavour is a 'faulty' or just less full bodied. Down to 1.006 from 1.046 in 4 days :lol:
