After two Saturdays in row set a side for brewing canceled due to tiredness from a teething baby I final got brewing!

Should be a good one, you got the date back to front though :lol:

WLP550, whats the reasoning behind that ? I thought you usually went for the Brewferm Blanche?

its a good all-round Belgian yeast and I have a bit left over from my Saison

Oh very, nice hoppy with the citrus Styrian Goldingsthrough and spiciness form the WLP550
