Brew 1 now in the FV with yeast pitched
i got 24 ltrs at OG 1039 so slightly up.

Sparge water now on for 2nd brew, but it shouldn`t take
long to get to temp as i collected the water from the IC
so it was at 45 deg C as i flicked the boiler back on.

Bit of Recycling, you better get used to that if you go buying big stainless vessels :)
I'll have to get another Bluebird style brew on soon, stocks are dwindling though I'm trying to save a few bottles for over Christmas.

All done and dusted, cleaned up by 4.30pm so
it took 7hrs again for the 2 brews, not bad.

Brew 2 came in at 25ltrs @ OG1042
So 2 ltrs more but 2 pts less, so not bad.

Going to keg condition these 2 then drop the temp
for 24hrs and then bottle them, just to see if i can get sediment free bottles.
