8am start on this one, so just coming to the end of the boil, named by my 6 year old daughter.
Hoping for some interesting flavour combinations to suit the season.

Batch Size: 23 L
Boil Size: 31.00 L
Estimated OG: 1.049 SG
Estimated Color: 25.9 EBC
Estimated IBU: 33.0 IBU
Brewhouse Efficiency: 75.00 %
Mash 90 min @ 68C
Boil Time: 90 Minutes

Ended up with 21L at 1.058, which BeerSmith says is 80% efficiency
Pitched the Windsor after rehydrating into the lovely copper-coloured wort. I love these clouds of break material:

All finished at twenty past two and off into the cupboard at about 17-18C it goes :D

I'm right behind you Neal. Started brewing this morning at 10.30am, running off into the FV now. I prepped up everything last night though so when I started I was well ahead. One of my quickest brewdays.
