Don't know weather this counts as a great brew day but I enjoyed it
In the morning me and the boss (missus) bottled a rather nice Coopers IPA looking forward to Xmas. In the afternoon taught my daughter Jo how to bottle beer What a great feeling passing on the knowledge we bottled the Wheat beer she helped me make last weekend. I feel I've really achieved something this weekend started the next generation on the track to decent beer and made sure I've got Wheat beer for Xmas
