Yay, brew day again... I'm attempting an APA for the second time, hopefully this one works out better than the last. recipe is sucked from my own thumb and is as follows...
"One Tun" APA

Munich Malt 20 EBC 400 grams
Centennial Whole 11.7 % 60 mins 10 grams
Centennial Whole 11.7 % 30 mins 20 grams
Centennial Whole 11.7 % 10 mins 15 grams
Centennial Whole 11.7 % 0 mins 30 grams
Final Volume: 22 Litres
Original Gravity: 1.045
Final Gravity: 1.010
Alcohol Content: 4.5% ABV
Total Liquor: 31.6 Litres
Mash Liquor: 11 Litres
Mash Efficiency: 75 %
Bitterness: 39.5974263990705 EBU

When its done it will be going in the keg with some extra hops again... My only hope is that it comes clear, my last attempt was a cloudy mess.
