30 gm NorthDown 7.6% @ 60mins
20 gm Pilgrim 9.4% @ 60mins
100gm Molasses sugar @ 15min
150gm White Sugar @ 15min
1 Teaspoon ProtaFloc as usual @ 15 min
1 Teaspoon Yeast Nutrient as usual @ 15 min
30 Pilgrim 9.4% @ FO
Yeast= S-33
SG=1056º
and a small amount of Luck and Karma I saved up from being a nice person.
