got two brews done on monday
1st TTlanlord
as per grahams book
2nd home made lager recipe called Could Be Weiser
3kgs lager malt
400g rice crispies
60g halletau 90mins
nottingham yeast

Both went really well and are bubbling away nicely
cant wait

you'll enjoy the TTL, trouble is keeping my OH away from it!

never tried rice krispies, but should be interesting!

rice crispies? did you get a nice"SNAP, CRACKLE N POP" ?
