I must be daft. Is anyone else brewing in this freezing bloody weather!
Did 50 litres of TTL in the garage yesterday at -7C
Can't post GW's recipe....
First I had to defrost the outside tap, then connected garden hose (2nd mistake). Hose frozen-reel it up again and into bathroom to defrost! Filled boiler and HLT and got the water warming up. Forgot water treatment about five minutes after mashing in Element failed in the boiler when it was full with about 60 litres of boiling wort ! So had to make do with just one. Got a rolling boil of a sort and the output was lovely and clear in the end. Efficiency must have been good as target was 1.042 and I ended up at1.054 so diluted down to 1.042. Finished up with having to defrost the bloody hose again for the IC.....
30 litres in the fridge under TC10 and 30 litres in the thermobox with no heat....Checked this morning and it has actually gone up to 24C!) Fridge lot obviously constant on 19C . So fingers crossed

Yes you can. This is a place where people exchange comment, ideas and views. That can hardly take place if they feel that they are prohibited from posting a recipe; it is a reference book after all and it would be wrong and inappropriate if people are unable to discuss. It doesn't do any harm anyway because I hope that it is more than just a recipe book. In a week's time the book has had a year on the shelves, so I expect that anybody that is likely to buy one has already got one.

A major issue is if someone posts the whole damn lot on a web site somewhere, and that is mostly because I have a pathological dislike of parasites. It is only a matter of time before that happens; it has happened before, so it will probably happen again.

So I do not object to recipes being posted in moderation.

Thanks Graham. I just think that most people should get the book and use it. It's not a lot of money and I haven't come across one beer yet that I haven't enjoyed
