Appologies if i have pinched someone else's brew name it just seemed apt.
Thought as i was up reasonably early and didnt have to do the school run me and my apprentice brewer (Holly aged 5) would get our next brew on as follows
16 Litre brew
Fermentables
3k Optic
50g Crystal malt
75g Torrified Wheat
mashed at 67c with half tea spoon of Gypsum in mash @90 mins
Hop schedule
16g Pacific Gem @ 90 boil
8g Aurora @15 mins boil
tea spoon Irish moss
pitched Nottingham at 25c
All went without issue however i was aiming at OG at 1044 as per beer engine ended up 1052 so my efficiency is up again ?
Got the colour Golden Straw which i wanted and was heavy on the Hops on purpose should be 45 EBU
In the FV and bubbling away after 4 hrs, so far the best brew day i have had just need to work out this efficiency thing

Howdy Pas,
I've calculated your efficiency to be 90% based on you getting 16L.
Sweet!!
Nice name for the brewery by the way!
