A reasonably smooth brewday, although my (previously unstoppable) hopstopper seemed to struggle with the run off. I don't think it was the hops though, but rather break material. I had noticed during the boil that the wort was very clear and there was a lot of break floating about. Sure enough, afterwards when I was cleaning the boiler out, there was a thick deposit of break material all over the gauze which had obviously restricted the wort flow. I resorted to scraping the hopstopper a bit during the runoff as it was that slow.
All tucked up in the FV now, hoping this will be ready for bottling early next week.
