It's been a while but I got my first brew on today since September (terrible I know)...
Made a few amendments to the brewery and forgot all my tweeks n tribulations.... but got an efficiency of 98%???
Anyway, it went well with the laddie taking the place of my trusty brew dog today; drinks far too much for my liking tho..
Sat at 21Deg just now so am hoping for the god of bubbling to visit during the night..
