Here's two pretty good pics of how I get my wort into the fermenter. I start a whirlpool and leave it alone for thirty minutes.
I then siphon off the very side of the kettle. You can see in the pics where I began siphoning. The break material stays
in the center of the kettle until the wort moves down, then it begins to flatten out and move to the sides.
