well the sparge is well underway now and only two minor equipment related failures , a burst jubilee clip (lost a little wort) and a failed seal(catching spillage in a jug and tipping it back in!) ahhh the joys of buying second hand breweries!

so not too bad so far. got some photies on the crappy phone camera :)

re nigebeer about 393 gallons mate

Must be busy day all round! We've just had a right day over at Saltaire.... playing musical casks, Malt delivery, E-cask delivery, pallet collections, racking, copper cleaning. Since doing this job I realise what weekend are really for! *Doing sod all and relaxing!!* :)

yes was 11 barrel wednesday, normally do 10 a go. system can take 14.5 to the brim working capacity around 12.5 should start doing 12.5's but its a problem of available casks!

just ordered 300 of the new polymer solutions casks, to get em in dribs and drabs as finances allow

and i still aint up loaded the photies!
