Moderate roastiness coupled with pleasant floral hoppiness. The Molasses sugar gives it a lovely sweet finish and the Torrified allows for a cracking foamy head that leaves plenty of lacing. Everyone who has tried it really likes it.
I bottled 23L with 47g of sugar. Works out at 1.4 volumes of co2. Perfectly carbonated; not fizzy - just enough to create that head and as close to a cask ale I can manage in a bottle!
