First Gold(maybe?)Cascade bittering, Simcoe & Nelson Sauvin

Just made this, for starters though, not sure if first lot of hops were cascade or first gold (no label on hops in the freezer!!), either way 7.6 AA or 6.2AA. Dont think the bittering will be too much of an issue though, as the later hops should shine through... hopefully

5240 gm Maris Otta
130 gm Wheat Malt

Cascade or were they first gold? 25gm for 45 min

Nelson Sauvin 5gm for 30 min
Simcoe 5gm for 30 min

N/S (11.3AA) and Simcoe (12.9AA) 5 gms of each 25, 20, 15, 10, 5 min

N/S and Simcoe 10gm of each at 0 min
N/S and Simcoe 20gm of each at 80C, steep for 30 min.

Last few brews were based on single hop brews - maris otta grain load (4kg) lots of late hops for bitterness, flavour and aroma, did single hop Chinook ( a bit bitter but still good, about 90 IBU), Nelson Sauvin 39 IBU - beautiful, Centennial 39 IBU - nice, never used simcoe before, but if it complements the nelson sauvin it should be reet.

OG for this is 1.052 - 23ltrs, expect 1.008 in a few days, 50 ish IBU should be okay.

Only one picture, 145gms of hops after clean up !
