Mashing this in an hour or so, no idea why the hops are presented in this order, anyone know how to change it into something more logical in Beersmith?

Nice hop bill! Are those gallons UK or US gallons?

US, only reason is 5 US gallons fit exactly into a cornie. 1 extra gallon for losses to trub and hops (for each keg), and then a gallon on top because of all the dry hops.

Blimey!

+/-300g hops into the boil kettle... on 13 Gallons... and that's before any dry hopping?!

My 25l BL Old Empire with only 240g of hops ended up with the copper half full after draining!

I'm afraid I got a bit lost trying to follow the hopping schedule...

Yeah, same here, let's just say there's a lot of hops in it. My front room smelled like Cheech Marin's house, I had to air the place out.

Looks awsome man.

Dont see why you would have to air out your room.

It's this one just tweaked a bit

http://destroy.net/brewing/CYBI/Green_F ... t_IPA.html

I personally would not have the confidence to make up something with so many different hops, most recipes I design have one or two hops max. I'm going to enter it in competition if it's any good.
