
Up until now, I have concentrated mainly of different hops. Now I want to try more of the "speciality" grains. The biscuit would not have been used in an original IPA, nor would the Munich or Maize, possibly not even the wheat. The overall effect may well be too cloying, but seeing some other member's grain bills

So with a hazy vision of a crusty old be-monocled Colonel of the Raj, addressing his good Lady over a glass of recently docked beer...
