EKG 50g 60 mins
EKG 20g 10 mins
EKG 20g @ 80C

Not sure which yeast im going for yet.

Me and nottingham are not on speaking terms after the last batch i made with it tastes like battery acid, i know the makers have supposedly rectified the problem but once bitten and all that, probably going with us-o5 to let the hops come through.

Don't say that, I've got 30Ltrs of GW's Theakston's Old Peculiar clone sitting in the FV with Nottingham yeast

I used US-05 for the first time on the previous brew (Bishop's Farewell) and, although it's still got a couple of weeks left to condition, the flavours of the Cascade hops are coming through a treat. Lovely yeast

I wouldnt worry i seem to have been one of the unlucky people when it came to nottingham, i actually had a pint of the 'battery acid' chilled through the flash chiller and it was drinkable, maybe shoudn't be too surprised as it certainly works for mass produced lager which at higher temps is nigh on undrinkable.
