The gear
Doughing in (stovetop mash c65-69C)
Daab-style bucket-in-bucket lauter tun - tap on right hand side, holes (not visible) on left as you look
Transferring the grains to the lauter tun
The first runnings being returned onto perforated foil so as not to disturb the grain bed
The boil innit
Using my lauter tun as a hopback post boil

Possibly July LAB meeting supposing all goes well (though it may only have been conditioning two weeks), if not then August. You probably be tasting the collaboration Stig and I did in the July meeting

She took some of the photos alright, but got a bit pissed off with how long it was taking by the end
