Decided from now on I'm going to name all my beers after Beatles songs ...
Batch Size: 25.00 L

Estimated OG: 1.045 SG
Estimated Color: 13.3 EBC
Estimated IBU: 61.0 IBU
Boil Time: 60 Minutes

Water treated with CRS in HLT
1.00 tsp Gypsum (Calcium Sulfate) (Mash 60.0 min)

4.50 kg Pale Malt
0.30 kg Caraamber
0.20 kg Biscuit Malt
40.00 gm Pilgrim [11.50 %] (60 min)
30.00 gm Williamette [6.70 %] (20 min)
30.00 gm Williamette [6.70 %] (Aroma)
1.00 tsp Protafloc (Boil 15.0 min)
1 Pkgs S-04

Mash Schedule: Single Infusion, Medium Body, Batch Sparge

Single Infusion, Medium Body, Batch Sparge
68.5 C

Didn't bother with a full pic set as they're all starting to look the same, but....
New mast tun :o)

Last few brews I've been complaining that I haven't been getting a good cold break... so this time I switched to protafloc:

Gravity was up - 1050 but I was down 2 ltrs so I added 2 to bring it back to 1045 (ish)

Note cold break. Never seen one like this, there's a fair amount transferred to FV too .. it's sitting in there giving me evils. Hoping it's going to drop with the yeast.

Still .... S-O4 is doing it's business and all seems well ... tried the cara amber and the biscuit to see if I could get some red colour - seems like I have in the FV but can't be seen in the trial jar.

Hi Tony, nice mash tun. I take it it's a bottom drainer. Any pics?

Thanks folks
No pics other than those I'm afraid, that was it's maiden voyage. I'll take a few more and post them (and yes, bottom drainer :D )

The more break material the better i would have thought and it should drop with the yeast
