300g Candi Sugar (add with 30 mins to go)

single infusion mash at 64 degrees celcius

WGV (5.6) 35g @ 90
Bobek (4.5) 25g @ 15
Bobek (4.5) 25g @ 0

tsp gypsum in the mash and boil
