Personally, I think the hopping is going to be nice and compliment and blend with the dark malts :) Those last 0mins are Dry hops yeah?

Starter which was sitting for about 8 hours before hand. Good sediment. Just pitched the whole lot in.

Spent grain. I think the carafa migrated to the top for some reason.

Horrible gunk and trub after the boil. More than normal so my kettle loses were a 700-1000mls more than normal.

Ended up with 19.5L @1052.

Yeah pdtnc. The last lot are dry hops. I shall just fix it. :oops:

Fermenting away happily. Has the biggest yeast head of all time on it for a 1050 og. Is pretty dramatic. Will post a pic later. :)
