Just reading it I feel like a robot!

It looks like you mash, drain, add sparge, drain, add sparge, drain, rather than mash, top up, drain etc - am I reading that right?
If so, does it help your efficiency?

How does the pre-boil of 33.92L @ 1.073 tie up with 20L @ 1.089? I make it about 1.124! :-?

Are you going to use both WLP001 and US-05?
Looks good anyway! :D

I will lose 8L to hops and Trub, mostly hops as there is a lb of them.

Should end up with like 23L ish into the fermenter then will loose more to dry hops.

Dont know on the efficency thing. Beer Smith does it for me. :D

Small-ish, I would probably have to do 3 sparges. Is more an experiment on if draining the mash tun more times will increase my efficincy at all.

I have done it like that for a couple.............can't say I noticed any huge difference. I have a very relaxed attitude to my brewing and try all sorts of things. I admire those with the supreme knowledge and technical know how, taking note of what they say. The reality is something watered down. I am looking forward to your results on this one. I reckon it will stand a bit of maturing, unlike my Truckers Delight!

Good luck with it matey. I'm going off columbus a little. Something a little clovey about it which isn't too my tastes. Simcoe is amazing though.

Well that sheet went badly. Ended up with 18.5L @ 1083. Bloody lost an insane amount to those damn hops.

Better turn out good.

Mines is normally 70-75%.

I got 60% today. That is pretty shit. Still means there is 460g of hops going into 18.5L of beer which is quite a whack. Will send you up a bottle if its any good.
