Going shopping so mashing for a couple of hours and time to think about which hops are going to be used. Got some

Simco
Centennial
Bobek
Nelson Sauvin - these will play a part
Bramley Cross
Cascade
First Gold
Challenger

Something with fruity flavours - cascade for first hops, nelson, bramley cross, simco - for flavour, finish with nelson maybe?????

Well hops are going to be:-

First Gold 10 gms 60 mins
Bramley Cross 10 gms 60 mins

First Gold 5 gms 15 mins
Bramley Cross 15 gms 15 mins
Nelson Sauvin 20 gms 15 mins

First Gold 5 gms 5 mins
Bramley Cross 15 gms 5 mins
Nelson Sauvin 25 gms 5 mins

Bramley Cross 30gms - steep
Nelson Sauvin 45gms - steep

Nearly time to start throwing them in!! Wort maybe not that pale, more similar to the colour of the Irish Sea, sorted.
