Barlick Brewery Test Brew 1

Well finally got a test brew brewed in the new setup, Barlicker Bitter.
This is what i went with

16kg Maris Otter Pale Malt
1.6kg Crystal Malt
100g Pilgrim @ 60 mins AA 9.4%
40g Challenger @ 30 mins AA 7.9%
50g Challenger @ 20 mins AA 7.9%
50g Challenger @ 10 mins AA 7.9%
100g Challenger @ 0 mins AA 7.9%

Target was 100 ltrs @ OG 1040
IBU`s 39.23
BU:GU Ratio 0.97

But for some reason i ended up with 120 ltrs @ SG 1036
Which is something i will adjust on the next test brew as i fear this maybe a bit weak, i`d have prefered
100 ltrs at the correct OG but thats why its test brewing i guess.
