Foreign style ale

Guys, I'm interested in doing a foreign style beer for Christmas; Belgian, German, what-ever. Thing is, I don't have any means of cold fermenting of conditioning, so I need something I can brew & condition at normal ale temperatures and that uses relatively easily available ingredients & yeasts. Any ideas.
