Brewed this one yesterday folks, fermenting away nicely now!

Hit 86% efficiency - chuffed! Great brew this - everything went exactly to plan, great looking and smelling ale!

Batch Size: 25.00 L
OG: 1.061 SG
IBU: 42.0 IBU
Boil Time: 60 Minutes

5.50 kg Pale Malt
0.30 kg Crystal Malt
0.10 kg Cara-Pils
25.00 gm Pearle [8.20 %] (60 min)
17.00 gm Magnum [14.50 %] (30 min)
30.00 gm Cascade [7.60 %] (10 min)
50.00 gm Cascade [7.60 %] Aroma
0.50 tsp protafloc (Boil 15.0 min)
1 Pkgs SafAle American US-05

66.0 C

Also great fun if you ever feel the need to search for SNPA recipes :roll:

I'm planning a SNPA next, seen a couple of recipes bobbing around, I'm likely to go with mysterios one as you can simply buy it as a kit from the malt miller, doddle :)
