Today I'm doing a double brew as part of an experiment organised by our home brew club. There are 6/7 of us who are trying to make the same beer with different hops. I also have to squeeze in the bottling of 20 litres of stout so a busy day for me. SWMBO is out until tomorrow so it's just me, the beer and some music all day. She has also given me the green light for some cornies so hopefully by chrimbo I'll be retiring the bottle tree...

That's a cool experiment, are the other guys brewing 2 each as well?

Nope, we were all doing one each, 2 if we wanted. We drew hops from a hat and I got the Riwaka. I decided to do the other one on a whim. The second boil is just getting going now so it will be a late finish (for me anyway). the first came in at 1047 which is ok. I've adjusted for the second so hopefully that will be bang on.

Hey, how did these two turn out? Particularly interested in the Marynka one as I've got an unopened pack of them that I'm wondering what to do with them!
